Shipping Information:
Your shipping choices are Standard Ground, 3-day Air, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, USPS Priority and International. Ground and standard USPS orders received before 6am EST will ship that day. Priority orders received before 3pm EST will ship the same day.
Refund and Return Policy:
At Atomic Elephant Toy we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us by phone or email at returns@aetoy.com and we will make every effort to accommodate you. For general returns we will ask you to send the product via the shipping method of your choice and we will refund your full purchase price once the product is received at our warehouse.
We go to great lengths to safely pack all orders but occasionally a product will get damaged in the mail. If this happens, please contact us and we will try to get you a replacement as soon as possible. This rarely happens but please let us help you if it does.

Where is my order?
We ship most orders via UPS and you should have received a tracking number via email when the order shipped. There should also be a link to track your package in that email. If not, you can contact us at status@aetoy.com and we can help track the order.
We typically do not accept back orders so if you ordered a product, we had it in stock. Occasionally, two orders for the same product may go through simultaneously and the system won’t catch this. If this happens and the product you ordered is actually out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know of your options.
Where are your toys made?
We have suppliers from all over the country whose toys are made all over the world. Many are made here in the Untied States but many are also made overseas. If you have concerns about the origin of any toy you are considering purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
 What do you do about toy safety?
We take the safety of the toys we sell very seriously. As many of the toys we sell are scientific in nature, there are age recommendations from the manufacturer on many of them. While these are only recommendations, we encourage all customers to pay attention to age relevance when considering a toy for a specific child. Please contact us if you have any specific questions.
Also, we monitor the recall lists from the Consumer Product Safety Commission weekly. Visit their website at www.cpsc.gov for their most current list. We can assure you that we will not sell any toy that has been recalled. In fact, as of early 2008, none of our suppliers have been involved in any of the recent toy recalls.
I live in the Hampton Roads area. Can I place an order and pick it up myself?
Sure. Just shop online as you normally would and in the shipping drop-down menu, select "in-store pickup." In most cases, the order will be ready for pick up at our warehouse within the hour. Of course, we won’t charge shipping but we will have to charge Virginia sales tax.
